Linda Donovan, Partner and Winemaker, a University of California/Davis graduate in Enology, Donovan has 15+ years of experience at prominent California wineries Robert Mondavi, Beaulieu, Schramsberg and Flowers. In Southern Oregon, she managed the construction of the award-winning Agate Ridge Winery in Eagle Point, was winemaker at the pioneering biodynamic Cowhorn Winery near Jacksonville, and serves as a consultant to several wineries including Del Rio Vineyards. She is also sole proprietor of an up-and-coming brand (Donovan), which focuses on uncommon varietals. |

Dan Sullivan, Managing Partner, spent 25 years in software sales and sales management, most recently with Symantec. Currently, he manages client relations for ESG, a technology research firm. At Pallet, Dan Sullivan oversees sales and marketing and manages key contractual, client and financial relationships. |

Olivia Sullivan, Managing Partner, a former telecommunications sales executive with extensive retail sales, buying office, and management experience at Saks and Neiman Marcus, Olivia Sullivan is responsible for client relations, human resources, compliance and tasting room sales. In 2005 Dan and Olivia Sullivan started the Domaine Paradox and Daniel Joseph wine labels. |

Paula Sendar Fine Wine Sales Representative, Paula Sendar comes to Pallet with a versatile background; for the past fifteen years she has practiced Interior Design both in South Florida and Southern Oregon. As Interior Design Studio, Paula's portfolio includes projects in both Residential and Commercial Design, as well as Model Merchandising and Staging. She heads up Fine Wine Sales, currently for the Domaine Paradox, and Daniel Joseph labels, as well as for any future Custom Crush clients who may require sales and marketing for their labels. She will be collaborating on the Interior Design of the winery space in it's development as well as assisting with Tasting Room Sales, Special Events and Retail Merchandising. |
