The 2007 Domaine Paradox Pinot noir is an extraordinary wine; presents the beauty and elegance of the Oregon Pinot noir’s best attributes. It opens up to the vibrant flavors of delicate red berries and exotic spices. Well structured, with nicely integrated tannins and a long lingering finish. The gentle aging in French Oak Barrels has contributed to the softness, without masking the lovely red fruit characteristic of this premium wine.

This Rhone style white wine varietal is made with 100% Viognier grapes. This Condrieu style Viognier was barrel fermented on lees or ‘sur lie’ and offers intensely fragrant floral and ginger aromas, with a beautiful bouquet of green apples. The Daniel Joseph ‘Blend 42’ is our enduring tribute to the famed wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape (as well as to legendary author, Douglas Adams). The lush & fruitful Grenache blend almost effortlessly with spicy Syrah and earthy Mourvèdre to produce a wine with bright acidity and balanced tannins. Aged for over 24 months in French oak, the ‘Blend 42’ shows rich, dark fruit of black cherry & ripe plum with hints of vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and white pepper.
