		Linda Donovan Winemaker & Partner, Linda Donovan is a UC Davis graduate in Enology with over 15+ years experience at prominent California wineries including: Robert Mondavi, Beaulieu, Schramsberg and Flowers. As a pioneer in Southern Oregon, she managed the construction of the award-winning Agate Ridge Winery in Eagle Point, and produced the first award winning wines at the biodynamic Cowhorn Winery near Jacksonville, before taking on the challenge of converting the historic Cooley-Neff warehouse into a fully functioning winery and wine cellar. Linda is also the sole proprietor of the up-and-coming L Donovan brand of Rhone varietals.
		Dan Sullivan Managing Partner, Dan Sullivan hails from the software industry and founded the award winning Domaine Paradox and Daniel Joseph Cellars in 2006. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of creating a wine brand and ‘custom crushing’ his wines as a ‘guest’ at a few traditional wineries, Dan and Linda saw an opportunity to create a wine ‘eco-system’ designed specifically for Custom Crush customers who want to create premium and super premium wines. Dan’s focus is on helping to establish sales channels for the outstanding wines that Linda and her winery crew produce vintage after vintage.
		Fred Salomon – Cellar Master A native of Nantes France, Fred is a graduate of viticulture-enologie in the Muscadet.  With almost 20 years of wine-making experience from lab to vineyard to the bottling line, Fred is a great contributor to the success of Pallet Wine Co. with his unyeilding commitment to wine quality and customer service.
		Elisabeth Grunwald Elisabeth, lab tech and cellar assistant, was one of the first graduates from the Umpqua Community College, Southern Oregon Wine Institue, in Viticulture & Enology
