The Pallet Wine Company is a custom crush wine processing facility created exclusively to serve Southern Oregon’s rapidly growing wine and wine grape industries. Located in the historic Cooley-Neff building in downtown Medford, the Pallet Wine Company can provide a wide range of services to growers and winemakers throughout the region. Within the 21,000 square foot structure, we offer full-service wine making, storage, laboratory and wine education services to personalize your wine making experience.
