Filling a Growing Need

Pallet was built to provide a central winemaking destination for the quickly expanding Southern Oregon wine regions and focus on custom winemaking for growers who wish to pursue selling their own brand, and virtual brand owners who desire consistent and high quality wines vintage to vintage. We take on the work from crush through to bottling, taking on the complexities of fermentation, barrel management, blending, etc. While we don't handle brand development and package design we can refer you to leading experts locally and in the region.

Today we support more than 30 wine brands and a quickly increasing number of growers who wish to improve their profits by offering finished premium wine to customers locally across the U.S. and overseas.

Our approach is simple. It starts with understanding what you want when our job is done. We'll ask a lot of questions like: What varietal of wine will you want? Do you grow it or need a source for fruit? What flavor profile and style do you desire? We'll take in all the details and work with you to get your wine underway.

Our goal is to always be the best partner and an on-going resource for our clients, neighbors and friends. We know that some of our clients will grow to a size where having their own winery makes more sense than working with us, that is a time to celebrate because we've all done a great job and success has been created. At that time we can provide consulting services to assist with winery development, staffing, sourcing and even consult on winemaking as needed.

Vineyard Program: A collaborative program designed to provide professional winegrape growers with outstanding facilities, and winemaking skills dedicated to creating wines of beauty and distinction reflecting your vineyard’s unique terroir.

Virtual Winery: Without a doubt the most cost-effective way to launch a new wine business. This program allows you focus on developing your wine portfolio and brand identity, while we help you source grapes from the region’s top vineyards and work closely with you to develop wines that reflect your personal taste and style.

Private Label: At Pallet Wine Co., we have the unique opportunity that allows individuals and corporations to create their own private label wine with reasonable minimum order quantities. Private label wines can be leveraged for your hotel, retail, or restaurant group, make beautiful client and employee gifts, and can help promote your brand. We have many wines in bottle and barrel available to choose from. We help each step along the way as you select your wines, packaging and labels, and also include professional label printing.
